Marc D. Mory is an associate with the firm. He is actively involved with employment litigation, including race and sex discrimination, as well as civil rights matters. Marc is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the District Court of New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and practices in both State and Federal Courts at both the trial and appellate levels. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York State Bars and the Middlesex County Bar Association.

Marc graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University and received his Juris Doctor degree in 2001 from the Hofstra University School of Law. While at Hofstra, Marc was the Managing Editor of the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal and authored an article regarding the implementation of the Family and Medical Leave Act. Prior to graduation, Marc served as a legal intern for the Honorable Martin J. Kravarick, J.S.C., retired, in the Civil Division of the Superior Court, Middlesex County. Marc also has extensive experience in general commercial litigation matters, including partnership and business disputes, banking law and the UCC.
