Paul A. Kaster is an associate with the firm. He is actively involved in the handling of civil rights, employment and general negligence matters. Paul is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, before the New Jersey Supreme Court and the Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey, and is a member of the New York, New Jersey, and Middlesex County Bar Associations. Paul has significant trial experience and is actively involved in litigation in State and Federal courts.

Paul graduated with highest honors from Rutgers University with a major in political science. He received the Norman Miller Award from University College for highest academic achievement and the Edward Burns Award for Excellence in Political Science. Paul graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was named the Ray H. Pearson Fellow at the Center for Ethics and Public Service and received the Innovative Service in the Public Interest Award. During both summers in law school, Paul was a law clerk intern with the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office. Following graduation, Paul served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Joseph L. Foster in Ocean County Superior Court, Law Division. He was then appointed Deputy Attorney General for New Jersey and represented the Division of Youth and Family Services in child protective services matters.

Paul is also an accomplished golfer who regularly competes in state and national amateur tournaments.
