Warren E. Hare is Of Counsel with the firm. He handles all aspects of litigation, including general negligence, civil & commercial matters including those involving bankruptcy issues. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the District Court of New Jersey including the United States Bankruptcy Court and the United States Supreme Court. Warren is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Monmouth County Bar Association and is the past Dean of New Jersey's College of Bankruptcy.

Warren graduated from the University of Hartford with a major in Accounting/Computer Science. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 1988. Warren was associated with firms in Monmouth County where he represented municipal entities and practiced in the areas of banking including foreclosures & bankruptcy, negligence, real estate, zoning and wills & estates.
