Francis D. Engracia is an associate with the firm and handles matters involving employment issues, including gender and race discrimination, civil rights, and general negligence defense. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate with a litigation defense firm in northern New Jersey, where he practiced in the areas of medical malpractice, FELA, public utility defense, construction and premises liability. He is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey, United States District Court and United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association.

Francis obtained a B.S. from Rutgers University, New Brunswick in 2001 and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark in 2004. While in law school, he was a member of the Rutgers Moot Court Board and interned for the Hon. Mathias E. Rodriguez, J.S.C., in Middlesex County. Prior to graduation, he was also a law clerk at the Law Offices of Edward Hoagland, Jr., Staff Counsel to the Harleysville Insurance Companies.
