Danielle Abouzeid is an associate with the firm. Danielle is engaged primarily in defense of public entities. She concentrates in the areas of employment litigation, including sexual harassment, racial and age discrimination and section 1983 civil rights matters and class actions. Danielle is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and actively participates in both State and Federal Courts. She is a member of the Third Circuit Bar Association.

Danielle graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a major in English. She was also a member of the National Deans List Alumni Association. Danielle received her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law, where she served as Treasurer of the Student Bar Association and Social Committee Chairperson for Phi Alpha Delta. After graduation, Danielle served as law clerk intern with the Appellate Section of the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office. Danielle was associated with the law firm Keefe Bartels and was a member of the Plaintiffs Complex Litigation Department. She concentrated her practice in employment litigation, mass tort/toxic litigation, personal injury cases, asbestos, consumer fraud and securities class actions.
